Founded in Nov 2020 by Justin Cook a surf industry veteran and ex pro surfer, with a background at some of the world’s biggest brands. Justin’s honed his skill set to become a dynamic senior sales, brand, and product manager with an exceptional track record for delivering results for the likes of Billabong, O’Neill, Firewire and Surf Hardware International. He’s achieved this through a unique style – combining account management, collaboration, partnering and influence.

Working in a range of large and small complex environments within Action Sports organisations his focus has been on building brands and selling products, relationships and working with brands to deliver outcomes and grow businesses with the end in mind. He is highly disciplined, balancing expectations in decisions and communicates in a coordinated and realistic manner. Additionally, his approach is inclusive, and product based, focussed on planning transparency. He is a connector, committed at building relationships. Possess highly tuned commercial instincts, enjoys challenging environments, and has the agility to work businesses quickly.

His style provides trust and confidence to senior leaders, team/industry stakeholders and key retailers. In all roles of his professional career, Justin quickly defines a shared road map that has allowed him to deliver on brand ethos and set up positive outcomes for all.
